no software patents forum NOT working

It was disabled because of security bugs in the phpBB2 software
which meanwhile have been fixed.

I asked the administrator to install a new version and will ask again.

As an alternative we have a promising new forum software at

   http://www.digital-majority.com

which we could use instead of phpBB2 some time soon, when it is
proven by some more experience.

In that case, we'd hopefully just have to replace some references
to the phpBB2 forum with references to the d-m site or some other
site that runs the forum software.
