[Hu-parl] FFII: sending Urgent Appeal / cons0406

Hello!

On http://kwiki.ffii.org/?LtrCons0406Recv is nobody listed for taking
care for organizing the sending of the Urgent Appeal in Hungary, so I
assume there are no efforts to that yet.

So we are really in need of someone, who takes this task, find people to
do the subtasks or do it himself/herself and makes sure that the Urgent
Appeal is delivered.

This is a task which must be locally to reach attention from the
government. So there are following tasks (see

):

- Translate the Urgent Call and his annexes (if feasible, if necessary
  send it in English):

- Make nice looking documents from the Urgent Call, see

- Find addresses of the recipients

- Deliver it to the recipients and make sure, that it is read
