Currently, the dossiers is not used, but the event log from 
register.epoline.org is what used to determine the current patentstate.

(In the html files with patent information, the register.epoline data is

Without that no way to know what the state of a patent is, when
patents are updated or added.

This would be a VERY nice feature.

If the wiki and the DB was tighter integrated, then it would be possible
to wiki-subscribe to changes of a DB generated page, and hence be
notified e.g. when a particular application is granted or the appeal state 
changes. Note this would also require more frequent polling of the state 
of patents in opposition.

(that is if we know about state changes in the future...)
