Error from automatic update

Hi!

An update was started 2006-01-28 00:34:3, and but lost the connection
as shown below:

All the subsequent patent updates failed after that.

Perhaps adddelupdate.pl should be fixed to die or redial if the postgres
connection dies during the process.

Anyways, I worry that we might again have multiple update processes
running in parallel, simply because they take so long to perform.
