No new applications has been added to gauss the last 2-3 years.
Grants of known applications are handled automaticaly, but not
new applications received by the EPO.

This is clear from the distribution of filed patents: 
http://gauss.ffii.org/Statistics/Pending/DateFiled

In ~zqex/PatData/ebd/st32 you will find ALL applications the
EPO has received back to week 20 2005. This is good data
for datamining for applications to add.
