This is a problematic issue, as language in patent claims in all
likelyhood evolves.

An alternative I have thought of was to "autotranslate" the claims
before finding keywords, the target language could be a "esperanto"
where old software terms were replaced with new ones.

Or identically, defining an equivalence class where groups of
keywords can belong to the same class.

Swpat probability is a property of A patent.  (and the ham/spam sample)

When I updated the DB defininitions, I added a "probability" field per patent.
