I ment as a first step in making a policy for "creating ssh accounts". 
Decisions on that could be taken by those who are on gauss at copton.net 
(the "root team").

Not ment as a joke. If there is copyright on the patent applications you 
must obey, we had no info from EPO yet (the EPO guys at EPIP conference 
did not say anything). There is a copyright notice popping up when you 
download the "Epoline dossier", but it refers to scientific (or other) 
papers in the dossier.

Carsten has added a CC licence to all /Comments and there is a "if you 
use statistics from this site"-note.

What is left?
