Removing non swpat from gauss

and the other is an emulsion thing. Both are patents on chemistry, and
I have marked them for removal.

The definition I think we should apply, is that a patent should be in the
DB if it can be infringed by running software.

That includes embedded systems, windmills, and whatever.

With the domains we can then find those patents which can be infringed
by running particular applications, or performing various general functions.

Your Baysian classifier should help there, and also in weeding out patents
like the chemistry ones above.
