This is not even that simple. There will be different methods and 
different sets, as for instance 'business methods patents'. We should 
keep all patents that are 'hot' just like a cache, and use 
tags/flags/ratings (like the classification that Carsten has built or 
more) to have several layers of markers that are up to the user do 
accept or use.
