Yes.

And when you do, log in su zqex, and run ~zqex/PatData/sql/adddeleteupdate.pl
to download and add them.  (when it's urgent and I'm not around like this 
weekend)

And then you should rerun defining patents as belonging to domains, such that
the new patents are also assigned.

Btw. if you want to do it from the command line, in the same directory as
above you'll find domain.pl and to assign patents to domains, do
domain.pl 'USPTO705' <list of IDX numbers>

(IDX are ALWAYS publication and NEVER application numbers)
