cons0406-Text - german version

Hello Lars,
I am finished with http://swpat.ffii.org/letters/cons0406/text/index.de.html concerning I I was able to do. Somebody with more deep
knowledge of the matter should read the text again to find any translation failures. Especially the endings of blocks cWi ,  ehp and
bue seem to be a little weird.

I also changed http://swpat.ffii.org/papri/epo-tws-app6/epo-tws-app6.de.txl to achieve the last light red block of the cons0406 to
be altered. But the change only appears on http://swpat.ffii.org/papri/epo-tws-app6/index.de.html and not in
http://swpat.ffii.org/letters/cons0406/text/index.de.html
