cons0406-Text - german version

Hello,
I try to do some translation and created a new

Unfortunately the clauses contained in the light red boxes are not available to edit, because they are not contained in 

http://swpat.ffii.org/letters/cons0406/text/ConsText0406.de.txl

What can I do.

P.S.: May somebody have a look at my translation when its finished. I think there are some points which could be done better but I lack of the right words sometimes
