I've tried to compile it under MiKTeX 2.8 but failed.
Due  to not so familiar with XeTeX, I give the following guess of your
issue:

Perhaps  you  should  include  the following  part  into a xeCJK
environment:

\usepackage[
    unicode=true,
    colorlinks=false, pdfborder={0 0 0},
    pdftitle={博士学位论文},
        pdfsubject={Eine kurze Beschreibung, worum es geht},
        pdfauthor={大卫 (David)},
