You are absolutely right!  I put it in the Debian build directory, but for
some reason I forgot to install DNP.sfd.

I will put DNP.sfd in latex-cjk-japanese in my next upload of "cjk" (should be
in /usr/share/texmf/fonts/sfd/).  Thanks for reporting!
