[Cjk] UTF8 fonts for chinese, japanese, etc.

Hello,

I guess it can be a FAQ, but googling doesn't give me good hints to find  
free UTF8 fonts to use with the CJK package, especially to write chinese  
or japanese. I installed cyberbit to have something working, and because  
several docs explain how to install them and make it work with CJK.  
Unfortunately, it is not free.
