Could you please provide the contact names of Arphic?
Maybe I can ask around which government agency is working with Arphic
and then talk to them.  If that happens to be the official CNS-11643
group, a representative from that group will attend the Li18nux Taiwan
ad-hoc meeting on August 3 and deliver a 20-minute talk.  I think that
will be an excellent chance to bring up the license issue.

That will be great!

I think the best way to demo this is to put it together with the
community presentation in the morning session of Li18nux meeting,
if that is okay with the community speaker...
