[cjk] CJK version 4.5.1 is out!

Dear Werner,

It's been a long time since I met you last time. How have you been?

Thanks for the invitation.  I'd very much like to join the dinner. However
I have participated in my office's three-day trip to the Chinmen (one of
litte islands to the left of Taiwan) during August 1st to 3rd. Lunch on
August 4th is also a good choice, isn't it.

By the way, I've download the new version of your CJK package and will
give it a try. There would be a chance for me to use the package again
because the government expects document to be transferring among
organizations should be more portable as the PDF file.
