[Cjk] CJKTeX and LateX files extensions

It is not clear for me how difficult would be to implement it in a
multiplatform way.

AUCTeX seems to insist on adding `.tex' after `.ltx' or any other extension.

When this problem is solved, extending it to CJKTeX will be trivial.

Anybody willing to help?
