The 4 Arphic fonts are finally on ftp.gnu.org!  In case your GNU
mirrors doesn't mirror the non-gnu part, please ask the maintainers to
do so.

I don't know whether people from Arphic are on the cle-devel list.  If
not, please drop them a note.
