The European Parliament has voted concerning the software patent directive in a first reading. With that the capacity of democracy has been proved, even without massive attention to the problem by the old media. The presented directive has been adapted with amendments. Economic consumers groups, the sme and software developers in Europe have been put safe, at least temporarly. There are two possibilities now: the European Commission withdraws the directive or the directive is voted by the concil of Member States on 10 November during a second reading. National politicians and media must be informed concerning the subject. Aid is enormously rapidly necessary. By means of this list you can contribute to that. Subscribing to Be-parl
Subscribe to Be-parl by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you.
